I’ve been an athlete my entire life, growing up in sports and eventually playing college soccer. My passion for training carried beyond college, where a love for competition and the daily pursuit of improvement evolved into a calling to coach.I joined The Grove because I believe coaches should also be coached. Experiencing training from the athlete’s side continues to shape how I approach coaching, with intention, empathy, and respect for where each athlete is in their journey. Professionally, I’ve spent my career in collegiate strength and conditioning, working with hundreds of athletes across a wide range of sports and competitive levels. I currently serve as a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Adjunct Professor. Every stage of my journey has shaped the coach I am today. I coach with intention, science, and heart, meeting athletes where they are while helping them realize what they’re capable of. I believe strength is more than physical, it’s built through consistency, confidence, and trust in the process.
Becoming a mom of two forced me to rethink how I trained and who I was as an athlete. After years of coaching others, I realized I needed a coach, and a community like The Grove, to support me as I continued pursuing my goals.
I coach because I love helping people become stronger, more resilient versions of themselves. I’m driven by building meaningful relationships and guiding others to push past limits they once thought were out of reach, while developing confidence that carries far beyond training.
